The units are simple to use. Put the straps on the areas to be exercised. Press the start button and select the mode of operation and intensity level. Simply dry out and clean the straps after exercising.

How To Use:

Always wash the area of your body where you intend to use the adhesive gel pads.

Pull the pads off the vinyl cover by gripping the pads.

Attach the other adhesive gel pad to a desired part of the body(arms, shoulders, etc.)

Turn on the switch and set the mode.

Note:

Do not attach it with “power on”, because for shocking.

Don not touch attach side of adhesive pad, it make decreasing using time.
