This 32-piece abdominal, hip, buttock. Leg and arm muscle stimulator uses EMS technology. EMS is a cleaver bio-micro current stimulation technique that stimulates the macules to undergo voluntary contraction similar to the natural bio-current of the body. This stimulates the muscles resulting in firm and well-built hips, abdomen and arms.
There are 6 exercise modes and 10 exercise intensity levels. 30 minutes a day is equivalent to 1 mile of running, 30 minutes of swimming and 30 minutes of situps.
This muscle trainer has 10 intensity levels. Levels 1 to 3 relaxes tight muscles to gradually start exercising, levels 4 to 6 is fast burning and levels 7 to 10 is compact muscle training.
Each operating unit controls the modes and intensity levels. These units connect to the muscle training straps.

How To Use:
Always wash the area of your body where you intend to use the adhesive gel pads.
Pull the pads off the vinyl cover by gripping the pads.
Attach the other adhesive gel pad to a desired part of the body(arms, shoulders, etc.)
Turn on the switch and set the mode.
Note:
Do not attach it with “power on”, because for shocking.
Don not touch attach side of adhesive pad, it make decreasing using time.
